Delivery & return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 30 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned "as-new" in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.
You can write your name and the associated order number onto a notecard/piece of paper so that we can identify your return when it arrives.
Your refund or exchange should be actioned within 3-5 business days of your return arriving back to our returns facility.

The palm is laser-punched to increase the ventilation while the palm light padded to decrease hand numbness. Korean AX microfiber palm brushed with honeycomb-shaped silica gel, which increases the visual beauty and enhances the anti-slip effect of the palm.
